Mystery shopping has truly spiced up my life. It might sound funny, but after years in the same career, things can get a bit repetitive. Mystery shopping brought me a breath of fresh air and positive energy. Every mission is unique: from the locations and the people I meet to the specific details I observe.
Overall, it’s a fantastic side job. The flexibility is a major plus. I can choose tasks that fit my schedule without it being too time-consuming. Beyond that, I’ve discovered so many hidden gems, from great restaurants to charming bakeries and dessert shops. I’m genuinely happy I found this job and I truly love what I do.
Mystery shopping is a rewarding challenge that allows me to step out of my comfort zone and try things I’ve never done before. I have accumulated a lot of experience in customer service through participating in surveys as a mystery shopper. Every time I visit a store, I notice that each staff member is well-trained in product knowledge as well as service skills, and they always strive to turn those into actual sales results.
